Our favorite time of year has come again! Starting Monday, October 24th, join us for a week long celebration of Gabbi’s “7 Days of Mole” and Dia de los Muertos! This tradition originates from the “7 Moles of Oaxaca” which features different moles leading up to Dia de los Muertos. Loved ones who have passed are celebrated and honored wiht fiestas, cemeteries are dressed with flowers, confetti, and calaberas (sugar skulls).
Beginning at 4pm each day, Chef Gabbi will be featuring a different mole traditional to Mexico along with our “La Catrina” cocktail, featured dessert, and your choice of tequila or wine pairings with each mole entree! See our menu below for more details. We look forward to celebrating with everyone and Buen Provecho!
Enjoy sipping on this delicious cocktail made with Montelobos mezcal, marigold liqueur, lemon, agave, and egg white. It is a smooth combination of smokey and sweet. Salud!
