Mitos de Maiz, or the myth of corn, is a time of the season where we celebrate the origin of corn, its culture and history. Within Mexico and across Mesoamerica, corn brings a legacy to ancient cultures, of which is not only evident in the kitchen and on your plate, but many myths and legends have been brought down from generation to generation.
Join us over the next two weeks, as we celebrate Mitos de Maiz by creating an exclusive menu of dishes made from Brentwood sweet corn from Dwelley Farms and Anson Mills organic cornmeal and masa.
