With 2016 off to a great start, the new year is always a time to refresh, recharge, and set new goals. It is also the time of year when citrus fruits are in season and these bright and cheery fruits are at the peak of their flavor. With that being said, we have added citrus to some of our menu items and added a few new favorites! We have incorporated blood oranges, Meyer lemons, tangerines, kumquats, and more. Enjoy these seasonal flavors while they last!
We’ve incorporated citrus fruit into one of Gabbi’s classic ceviches, Ceviche Citrico! This seasonal entrada is made with fresh seabream, Meyer lemon vinaigrette, avocado foam, blood oranges, tangerines, fuji apples, and candied pistachios.

We’ve added some of these seasonal citrus fruits to our existing salads and are also introducing a new one to our menu, Ensalada Betabel! This delicious salad features creamy burrata, beets, roasted pistachio, maché, avocado, blood oranges, and a refreshing citrus vinaigrette.
We have added Duck Carnitas Tacos to our seasonal menu. Enjoy these delicious tacos served with house-made candied kumquats, watercress, radish, pickled onion, and avocado mousse.
